What is the minimum corporate order?
Our minimum corporate order is 10 boxes. This is perfect for small teams or a trial order to test quality before committing to larger quantities. Each box is available in 5kg or 10kg across all 6 premium varieties.
Can you put our company logo on the boxes?
Yes! We offer custom vinyl stickers with your company name and logo on every box — completely FREE on orders of 10 or more boxes. For 50+ boxes, we offer premium full-color branded box sleeves. Send us your logo on WhatsApp and we will prepare a mockup within 24 hours.
How long does custom branding take?
We deliver a design mockup within 24 hours of receiving your logo. After your approval, production takes 3-5 business days for standard vinyl stickers. Full custom packaging (branded box sleeves, custom ribbon) requires 7-10 days. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance, or 3 weeks for orders of 100+ boxes.
Can you deliver to multiple addresses across Pakistan?
Absolutely! Many of our corporate clients send mango boxes to 50, 100, even 500 different employee or client addresses. Send us a spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) with recipient names and addresses — we handle individual labeling, packing, and delivery for each one. Every box gets its own tracking number.
Do you provide proper invoices for corporate procurement?
Yes, we provide proper tax invoices, delivery receipts, and company-stamped documentation suitable for corporate expense records and government procurement. We can also provide delivery confirmation reports showing each recipient's delivery status.
What payment methods do you accept for corporate orders?
We accept bank transfers (all major Pakistani banks), corporate cheques, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and cash on delivery for orders under 50 boxes. For orders of 100+ boxes, we offer NET-30 payment terms for repeat corporate clients — 50% advance, balance on delivery.
How far in advance should we order?
For standard orders (10-50 boxes), 1 week advance notice is sufficient. For custom branded orders (50-100 boxes), we recommend 2 weeks. For large enterprise orders (100+ boxes) with full custom packaging, 3 weeks advance notice ensures everything is perfect. During peak Eid season, add an extra week to these timelines.
What if some mangoes arrive damaged?
We guarantee every mango in every box. If any mangoes arrive damaged or not meeting our quality standards, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours and we will arrange a full replacement delivery at no extra cost. For corporate orders, we include 5% extra mangoes in each box as a quality buffer.
Can we do a trial order before committing to bulk?
Yes! We encourage trial orders. Order as few as 10 boxes to test our quality, packaging, and delivery reliability before committing to larger quantities. Many of our biggest corporate clients started with a small trial and now order 500+ boxes every season.
Do you offer subscription or recurring orders through the season?
Yes, we offer weekly and biweekly auto-ship programs throughout the mango season (June-September). Each shipment features the best variety available that week, so your team experiences the full range — from early Langra to the grand finale Nawab Puri. Subscription clients get priority harvesting and an additional 5% discount.
