Step 1: Upload Your Recipient List
Send us an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file with these columns: Recipient Name, Phone Number, Full Address, City. Optional columns: Variety Preference, Box Size (5kg/10kg), Personal Message. We provide a template spreadsheet on request — just ask on WhatsApp.
Step 2: Address Verification
Our logistics team reviews every address for completeness and accuracy. Incomplete addresses (missing house number, wrong city) are flagged. We contact recipients directly via phone or WhatsApp to verify unclear addresses before dispatch. You receive a verification report showing all confirmed addresses and any issues.
Step 3: Individual Tracking Numbers
Every box gets its own unique tracking number. We share the full tracking list with you in an Excel file — you can monitor each delivery in real-time. For orders of 100+, we also provide a live dashboard link where you can check delivery status for all recipients without contacting us.
Step 4: Delivery Confirmation Notifications
As each box is delivered, you receive a notification (WhatsApp or email, your choice). At the end of the delivery cycle, you receive a comprehensive report: recipient name, address, delivery date and time, status (delivered / reattempted / rescheduled), and any notes. This is your proof-of-delivery for corporate records.
Step 5: Staggered Delivery Options
For large orders, you can split delivery across multiple days. Popular configurations: half on Monday, half on Wednesday. Or by city — Lahore deliveries on Day 1, Karachi on Day 2, Islamabad on Day 3. Staggered delivery ensures every box arrives at peak freshness, not sitting in a warehouse waiting. We coordinate the harvest schedule to match your delivery windows.
Cold Chain Guarantee for Large Orders
For orders of 50+ boxes, we maintain temperature control from orchard to doorstep. Here is our quality chain.
Early Morning Harvest
Mangoes are hand-picked between 5-8 AM before the Multan heat sets in. Early harvest preserves the fruit's natural firmness and extends shelf life. Each mango is cut with stem attached to prevent sap damage and checked for optimal ripeness stage.
Quality Grading
Every mango passes through a 4-point inspection: visual check (no blemishes, spots, or insect damage), size grading (consistent sizing within each box), ripeness test (firm but approaching ripeness for optimal 3-5 day eating window), and weight verification (every box meets minimum guaranteed weight).
Temperature-Controlled Packing
Packing occurs in a climate-controlled facility maintained at 18-22°C. Individual foam netting protects each mango from bruising. Ventilated boxes allow airflow while preventing heat buildup. For 500+ box orders, a cold room is used for staging before dispatch.
Insulated Transport
Standard orders ship via premium courier with insulated packaging. For 500+ box orders, we arrange dedicated refrigerated transport — your entire shipment travels in a temperature-controlled truck (15-18°C) from Multan to the destination city. No shared cargo, no heat exposure, no delays.
Harvest Scheduling for 500+ Box Orders
When you order 500 or more boxes, we do not simply pull from existing stock. We coordinate directly with our orchards to schedule a dedicated harvest for your order. Here is what that means:
- Dedicated trees are allocated to your order. We estimate the yield and reserve specific trees in our orchard based on your quantity and variety requirements.
- Harvest timing is synchronized with your delivery schedule. If you need delivery on a specific date, we plan the harvest 2-3 days before, ensuring maximum freshness on arrival.
- For phased orders(e.g., 100 boxes per week for 5 weeks), we schedule 5 separate harvests. Each batch is picked fresh specifically for that week's delivery — no cold storage, no waiting, no compromise on quality.
- Variety transitions are managed automatically. If you have a season-long subscription, we transition from early varieties (Langra, Sindhri) to mid-season (White Chaunsa Mosami) to late season (Nawab Puri) — your recipients experience the full spectrum of Pakistani mangoes at peak ripeness.
This is the key difference between ordering from MMA Farms and ordering from a fruit market reseller. We grow what we sell, and we harvest specifically for your order. The mangoes in your boxes were on a tree 48-72 hours before they reach your recipients.

50% advance payment to confirm order. Remaining 50% due on delivery day. Order is locked once advance is received.
Repeat Clients (3rd order+)
NET-30 payment terms available. Full payment within 30 days of delivery. No advance required. Trust-based terms for established relationships.
Government / Public Sector
We accept official purchase orders (POs). Payment as per government procurement rules. All required documentation (NTN, tax invoices, delivery certificates) provided.

Pre-Dispatch Quality Check
Every box undergoes a 4-point inspection before leaving our facility: (1) Visual grading — no blemishes, consistent color, no insect damage. (2) Size consistency — mangoes within each box are similar in size for professional presentation. (3) Ripeness staging — packed at the ideal stage for 3-5 day eating window after delivery. (4) Weight guarantee — every 5kg box contains minimum 5.2kg, every 10kg box contains minimum 10.4kg (5% buffer). Our quality controller personally approves each batch before dispatch.
Replacement Guarantee
If any box arrives with quality issues — damaged mangoes, overripe fruit, weight shortfall — send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We replace the entire box within 24 hours at our cost. No questions asked, no arguments. For multi-address orders, replacements are sent directly to the affected recipient's address.
5% Quality Buffer
We include approximately 5% extra mangoes (by weight) in every corporate order box. A 5kg box actually contains about 5.2-5.3kg. This buffer accounts for any natural variation and ensures that even if one mango is not perfect, the recipient still has a full box of premium fruit. This buffer is our standard practice, not charged extra.
Dedicated Account Manager (100+ boxes)
Orders of 100 or more boxes get a named account manager — a single person who handles your entire order from inquiry to final delivery. They are available on WhatsApp and phone during business hours. They proactively update you on harvest status, branding progress, packing, and dispatch. No runaround, no call centers — one person who knows your order inside out.
Bulk Order FAQs
What is the minimum bulk order?
Our minimum corporate/bulk order is 10 boxes. For fewer than 10 boxes, you can order through our regular WhatsApp ordering process at standard retail prices. Bulk pricing (discounts) kicks in at 50+ boxes.
Can I mix different varieties in one bulk order?
Yes! You can order any combination of varieties within the same bulk order. For example, 30 boxes of Sindhri + 20 boxes of Anwar Ratol = 50 boxes total, which qualifies for the 5% bulk discount. The discount applies to the total order quantity, not per variety. Mixed-variety boxes (multiple varieties in one box) are also available on request.
How does multi-address delivery work for 500+ addresses?
Send us an Excel or CSV spreadsheet with columns: Recipient Name, Phone Number, Full Address, City. We verify all addresses, create individual labels, and dispatch. Each box gets its own tracking number. We provide a master delivery report. For 500+ addresses, we recommend phased delivery over 2-3 days to ensure freshness. We assign a dedicated logistics coordinator to your order.
What is the cold chain guarantee?
For bulk orders of 50+ boxes, we maintain cold chain integrity from orchard to doorstep. Mangoes are harvested in early morning (before heat), transported in refrigerated vehicles to our packing facility, graded and packed in temperature-controlled rooms, and dispatched in insulated packaging. For 500+ box orders, we use dedicated refrigerated transport for the entire shipment.
Can I schedule phased delivery over multiple weeks?
Yes! This is especially popular for companies that want fresh mangoes throughout the season rather than all at once. You can schedule weekly or biweekly deliveries — for example, 100 boxes per week for 5 weeks. Each batch features the best variety available that week. Phased delivery also spreads the cost and ensures peak freshness for every batch.
What payment terms do you offer for corporate orders?
Standard terms: 50% advance payment to confirm the order, 50% upon delivery. For repeat corporate clients (3rd order onwards), we offer NET-30 terms — full payment within 30 days of delivery. Payment methods: bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks), corporate cheque, JazzCash Business, EasyPaisa. For government orders, we accept official purchase orders.
What documentation do you provide?
We provide: (1) Proper tax invoice with NTN number for corporate expense records, (2) Delivery receipt for each delivery address with date/time stamp, (3) Master delivery report (Excel) for bulk orders showing all recipients and delivery status, (4) Quality certificate for export-quality mangoes, (5) Payment receipts for accounting. Government procurement departments receive all required documentation per standard procurement rules.
What if we need to change the delivery date or cancel?
Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 3 days before the scheduled harvest date at no charge. Within 3 days: modifications (address changes, quantity adjustments) are free; cancellation incurs a 20% fee to cover harvest costs already committed. For phased delivery programs, individual batches can be modified up to 3 days before each batch's harvest date.
Do you offer a dedicated account manager?
Yes! Orders of 100+ boxes get a dedicated account manager — a single point of contact for your entire order lifecycle. They handle: order confirmation, branding coordination, delivery scheduling, real-time status updates, and post-delivery support. For Enterprise clients (500+), your account manager also provides a pre-season consultation to plan your entire season's gifting calendar.
What is the quality guarantee for bulk orders?
Every box undergoes independent quality inspection before dispatch: visual grading (no blemishes, proper color), weight verification (guaranteed minimum weight per box), ripeness check (optimal stage for 3-5 day shelf life on arrival), and packaging integrity. We include 5% extra mangoes as a quality buffer. If any box does not meet standards on arrival, we replace it within 24 hours at our cost. Photos via WhatsApp are sufficient proof.
