Custom
Minimum: 100+ boxes
Fully custom packaging designed from scratch. We work with you to create a unique unboxing experience — from the outer box design to inner tissue paper, from custom-shaped stickers to embossed ribbon. This tier is for companies that want their mango gift to be a brand experience, not just a product delivery. Previous custom clients have included metallic foil printing, die-cut window boxes, and even custom box shapes.

For the best possible print quality, here is what we need from your design team.
Preferred File Formats (Best to Acceptable)
Best Quality:
- SVG — Scalable vector, perfect at any size
- AI / EPS — Adobe Illustrator vector files
- PDF — Vector PDF from design software
Acceptable:
- PNG — Minimum 300 DPI, 1000px+ wide, transparent background
- JPEG — Minimum 300 DPI, high resolution (some quality loss possible)
Color Specifications
For exact color matching, provide your brand colors in any of these formats: Pantone (e.g., Pantone 186 C), CMYK (e.g., C:0 M:100 Y:81 K:4), HEX (e.g., #E31837), or RGB (e.g., 227, 24, 55). If you do not have color codes, send us your website URL, a business card photo, or any branded material — our designer will extract and match the colors.
Minimum Logo Size
For stickers (Basic & Standard tiers), your logo will be printed at approximately 8-10cm wide. For box sleeves (Premium tier), the logo appears at approximately 15-20cm wide. Ensure your logo file is at least 2x the print size in pixels at 300 DPI for sharp printing. Vector files (SVG, AI) have no size limitations.
Do Not Have Design Files?
No problem. If you only have a low-resolution logo (screenshot from your website, Facebook profile picture, etc.), our design team can redraw your logo as a vector at no extra charge for orders of 50+ boxes. For smaller orders, logo redrawing is available for PKR 2,000. Just send us whatever you have and we will make it work.
Step-by-Step Branding Process & Timeline
From receiving your logo to delivering branded boxes — here is exactly what happens and when.
Receive Logo & Brief
You send us your logo file, brand colors, and any specific requirements (message text, occasion, special instructions). We confirm receipt and ask any clarifying questions within 2 hours.
Design Mockup Ready
Our designer creates a digital mockup showing exactly how your branding will look on the mango box — sticker placement, color rendering, greeting card layout. You receive this as a high-resolution image on WhatsApp.
Your Approval (or Revisions)
Review the mockup carefully. Request any changes — different sticker placement, color adjustment, text edits. We revise and resend within 4 hours. For Premium and Custom tiers, up to 3 revision rounds are included. We do not print until you explicitly approve.
Printing & Production
Once approved, we print your stickers, greeting cards, and ribbon (per your tier). Basic stickers: 1 day. Standard logo stickers: 1-2 days. Premium box sleeves: 3-4 days. Custom packaging: 7-10 days. Quality checked before application.
Harvest, Brand & Pack
Mangoes are hand-picked fresh from our Multan orchards, quality-graded, and packed in premium boxes. Your branded stickers, greeting cards, and ribbon are applied to each box individually by hand. Every box inspected before sealing.
Delivery
Branded boxes dispatched to your specified address(es). Single destination or 500 different addresses — each box tracked individually. Delivery confirmation sent to you as each box is delivered. Done.

Custom Greeting Card Options
The greeting card inside the box is often what people read first and remember most. Make it count.
Standard Greeting Card (Free on 50+ boxes)
A premium 300gsm card (A6 size, 105x148mm) with your company logo at the top, a custom message in the center, and your CEO's printed name and title at the bottom. Printed in full color on coated card stock. You provide the message text and we typeset it professionally.
Company Letterhead Design (Premium & Custom tiers)
Send us your company letterhead template and we replicate the design on the greeting card — your header, footer, brand colors, and fonts. The message appears as if it is an official company communication, just in a beautiful card format. This is especially popular with banks and MNCs who want the card to feel like an official corporate communication.
Personalized Per-Recipient Cards (Any tier, PKR 100/card)
Each greeting card individually printed with the recipient's name: “Dear Ahmed, Eid Mubarak from all of us at HBL.” This requires you to send us a list of recipient names. The extra personalization effort is worth it — recipients notice and appreciate that the card is addressed specifically to them, not a generic “Dear Employee.”
Bilingual Cards (English + Urdu)
For companies with diverse teams or government organizations, we offer bilingual greeting cards with English on one side and Urdu on the other. The Urdu text features proper Nastaliq calligraphy for an authentic, elegant look. Popular for Eid occasions where the Urdu “Eid Mubarak” calligraphy adds cultural warmth.

Delivery Notification
Recipients receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification: “A gift from [Your Company Name] is on its way!” This builds anticipation and ensures someone is available to receive the delivery. The notification includes the sender's company name — so the brand experience starts before the box even arrives.
Box Presentation
When the recipient opens their door, they see a premium mango box with your company logo prominently displayed. The box is wrapped in branded ribbon (Premium tier). The delivery person handles the box carefully, presenting it gift-side up. For Enterprise clients, we can provide MMA Farms-branded delivery bags with your company name on a tag.
Unboxing Experience
Inside the box: individually foam-netted mangoes, a greeting card on top (first thing they see), and a small info card about the mango variety and how to enjoy it. For Custom tier clients, we can add custom tissue paper, a branded sticker seal on the inner lid, and even a QR code linking to a personalized thank-you video from your company.
Post-Delivery Tracking
You receive a delivery confirmation for each recipient. For large orders (100+), we provide a comprehensive delivery report — Excel spreadsheet with recipient name, address, delivery date/time, and status (delivered, reattempted, rescheduled). You have full visibility into every single delivery.
Custom Branding FAQs
What logo file format do you need?
For best results, send us your logo in SVG (vector) format. If SVG is not available, a high-resolution PNG file (minimum 300 DPI, at least 1000px wide) works well. We can also work with PDF, AI, or EPS files. JPEG logos are acceptable but may lose quality in printing. If you only have a low-resolution logo, our design team can redraw it — just ask.
Can you match our exact brand colors?
Yes! Send us your brand guidelines or Pantone/CMYK color codes, and we will match them precisely. If you do not have color codes, send us any material (website URL, business card photo, letterhead) and we will color-match from that. We send you a digital proof before printing to confirm the colors look correct.
What is the minimum order for each branding tier?
Basic (company name sticker): 10 boxes. Standard (logo sticker): 25 boxes. Premium (full box sleeve + greeting card + ribbon): 50 boxes. Custom (fully custom packaging design): 100 boxes. All Basic and Standard branding is completely free. Premium branding is free on 50+ boxes. Custom tier pricing depends on complexity.
How quickly can you produce branded boxes?
Basic stickers: 1-2 days. Standard logo stickers: 2-3 days. Premium box sleeves: 5-7 days. Full custom packaging: 10-14 days. These timelines start after you approve the design proof. For urgent orders, we can expedite Basic and Standard tiers to same-day production — contact us on WhatsApp.
Can I save my branding template for repeat orders?
Yes! Once you approve a design, we save your branding template permanently. For repeat orders (next season, next Eid, monthly subscriptions), you simply say 'same branding as last time' and we produce immediately without any design phase. Many of our corporate clients reorder every year with the same template — we keep it on file indefinitely.
Can you do bilingual branding (English and Urdu)?
Absolutely! Many of our corporate clients, especially MNCs and government organizations, prefer bilingual stickers and greeting cards. We design with both English and Urdu text — your logo, company name in English, and an Urdu Eid Mubarak or appreciation message. Our designer is fluent in Urdu typography.
Do you offer branding samples before the full order?
Yes! For Premium and Custom tiers, we produce 2-3 sample boxes with your branding before printing the full batch. You can physically inspect the sticker quality, color accuracy, and overall presentation. Sample production takes 2-3 extra days. For Standard tier, we provide a digital mockup photo that accurately represents the final product.
Can each box have a different recipient name on the sticker?
Yes! For an additional PKR 50 per box, we can print personalized stickers with each recipient's name alongside your company logo. Send us a spreadsheet with names and we handle the rest. This is especially popular for Eid gifts — 'Eid Mubarak, Ahmed! From [Company Name]' makes each box feel truly personal.
