What payment methods do you accept for international orders?
We accept Wise (TransferWise), direct bank transfer to our Meezan Bank account, Zelle (for USA customers), and Revolut (for UK customers). All payments are converted to Pakistani Rupees at the prevailing exchange rate. Once you message us on WhatsApp, we will confirm the exact PKR amount and share our bank details along with the converted amount in your local currency so there are no surprises.
How long does delivery take after I place an order from overseas?
Once your payment is confirmed, we pick fresh mangoes from our orchards in Multan and dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery within Pakistan takes 1-3 days depending on the recipient's city — same-day in Multan, next-day in Lahore and Faisalabad, 2-3 days in Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta. We will share a dispatch confirmation and the courier tracking number with you on WhatsApp so you can follow the journey.
Can I track the delivery from abroad?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier tracking number and a dispatch photo on WhatsApp. You can track the shipment in real time. We also send a confirmation message when the delivery is completed, and many customers ask their recipients to share a photo or video of the unboxing — which we love to see!
Can I include a personal message card with the gift?

Yes, and this is non-negotiable for us. We never use calcium carbide or any artificial chemical ripening agents. Our mangoes are ripened naturally using traditional methods — harvested at the right maturity and allowed to ripen in controlled conditions. Carbide-ripened mangoes are a serious health concern in Pakistan, and as a family farm, we refuse to compromise on the safety of the fruit we send to your families. Every box carries our carbide-free guarantee.
What if the recipient is not home when the courier arrives?
Our courier partners make 2-3 delivery attempts. If the recipient is not available, the courier will call the recipient's phone number (which you provide during ordering) to schedule a convenient time. We always recommend giving us a phone number where the recipient is reachable. If there is a specific preferred delivery window (morning or evening), let us know and we will add delivery instructions to the shipment.
Can I send mangoes to multiple addresses in Pakistan?
Yes, and many overseas Pakistanis do exactly this. You can send separate boxes to your parents, in-laws, siblings, friends, and colleagues — each at different addresses across Pakistan, each with its own personalized message card. When is mango season in Pakistan? When should I order?
Pakistani mango season runs from mid-June through September. Langra arrives first (June 15), followed by Sindhri and Anwar Ratol (late June), then White Chaunsa Mosami (July), 12 Number Ratol (late July), and White Chaunsa Nawab Puri as the grand finale (August-September). We recommend pre-ordering 1-2 weeks before your preferred variety's dispatch date, especially for Anwar Ratol and Nawab Puri which sell out fast.
