Welcome to MMA Farms. By accessing our website (https://mmafarms.com) and placing orders with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. Orders & Availability

  • Mangoes are a seasonal product. Our mango season typically runs from June through September. Availability of specific varieties depends on harvest timing and weather conditions.
  • Pre-orders are accepted before the season begins. Pre-order dates and estimated delivery windows will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order if a specific variety becomes unavailable due to crop conditions. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative variety or a full refund.
  • Minimum order quantities may apply for certain varieties or delivery locations.
  • All orders are subject to confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call.

2. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer: Direct transfer to our designated bank account. Order will be processed after payment confirmation.
  • JazzCash: Mobile payment via JazzCash.
  • EasyPaisa: Mobile payment via EasyPaisa.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select cities. COD availability will be confirmed at the time of order.

For pre-orders, a partial or full advance payment may be required to secure your booking. Payment details will be shared via WhatsApp after order confirmation.

3. Delivery Terms

  • We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan through trusted courier and logistics partners.
  • Estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 hours for major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.). Deliveries to smaller cities or remote areas may take 48 to 72 hours.
  • Mangoes are perishable goods. We pack them carefully with proper cushioning and ventilation, but slight variations in ripeness upon arrival are natural and expected.
  • International delivery is available to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery timelines for international orders will be quoted separately.
  • Delivery charges may vary based on your location and order size. These will be communicated before payment.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • If your mangoes arrive damaged or spoiled due to mishandling during transit, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • You must report any damage within 12 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photographs of the damaged mangoes and packaging.
  • Claims should be submitted via WhatsApp at 0300-9555810 or by calling us directly.
  • Natural softening or ripening of mangoes during transit does not qualify for a refund or replacement, as mangoes are a perishable, living product.
  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 3 to 5 business days via the original payment method.
  • We do not accept returns of opened or partially consumed products.

5. Product Quality

  • All our mangoes are 100% carbide-free and naturally ripened.
  • Natural variations in size, color, and sweetness are inherent to premium, naturally grown mangoes and are not considered defects.
  • Product images on our website are representative. Actual appearance may vary slightly.

6. Limitation of Liability

MMA Farms shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
